Pantano's Eatery in Plainview did not live up to its billing

I have eaten at another Pantano’s (the one in Uniondale). I thought I would try Pantano’s Eatery in Plainview. I do not know the relationship between these two shops. I doubt they are owned by the same person sicne the websites are different. The Pantano’s in Uniondale has been voted the best Deli on Long Island by Four Leaf Best of Long Island. 

Let’s see how they stacked up.

We had the Chicken Caesar Salad Wrap and the Mezz Wrap (which is basically a Greek Salad with Chicken on a Wrap).

The chicken on both wraps was tender and cooked to perfection. The issue I had with each sandwich was the dressing. On the Mez, there was basically no dressing so it tasted dry. As to the Chicken Caesar Wrap, it was the opposite. The wrap was drowning in Caesar dressing. 

In the end, both wraps left something to be desired. I do not know if this was an off day or what but Pantano’s Eatery in Plainview failed to deliver. My wife who has been there before said we should give it another try.

I am holding off my final judgment until we have another visit.
