La Bottega Roslyn Is Closing!!

I am a big fan of La Bottega Roslyn. They make the best panini’s. La Bottega’s atmosphere is very casual with a bunch of nice seats outdoors.

I just learned that they will be closing in January. Kyma is buying their property and turning it into a parking lot. Another reasonably priced restaurant (and lunch place to boot) is going out of business!

Soon there will be no place to grab a sandwich in Roslyn other than Roslyn Delicacies. But the latest trend, you have to wonder how long they have. Maybe they will be another upscale NYC Restaurant looking for a foothold on Long Island.
