Buttercooky Bakery -- Search for the Best Chocolate Chip Cookie

In my never ending search for the best chocolate chip cookie, I visited the Buttercooky Bakery in Manhasset. This was a modern bakery with a warm feeling.

I was really encouraged with their emphasis on baking with butter especially since it is in their name.

I ordered my standard chocolate chip cookie. I have to say that their pastries and cakes looked amazing. But we have to keep our focus on the task at hand.

The real problem with the Chocolate Chip Cookie was that was bland and not memorable. I did not even want to finish it because I was bored with the taste. To my ever lasting shame, I threw out half the cookie. As a result, I can not recommend Buttercooky Bakery for their chocolate chip cookies
