VI Coffee Bar -- Not the King of Chicken Caesar Wraps

Someone sent me a TikTok that offered a new king of Chicken Caesar Salad Wraps in Boca Raton. With such a glowing review, off we went VI Coffee Bar. Much to our disappointment, they had sold out of their Chicken Caesar Wraps at 12:00 noon that day.

We waited and then on an unassuming Monday, we ordered the wraps online. When I arrived there to pick them up. They were telling customers that it was going to take 30 minutes to prepare their wraps. I am glad that I ordered online and was excited to try it.

My initial take on the Chicken Caesar Wraps was that they provide a lot of sandwich. I had such high expectations based upon the video, the fact that they sell out and that they only use fresh ingredients. I know that I was ripe for disappointment.

Unfortunately, we were disappointed. It turns out that this wrap is not the king of the Chicken Caesar Wraps in Boca Raton. That title is still held by Vinny’s Café in Boca.

Our take on the wrap was that we like how they chopped up the chicken and lettuce. They evenly distributed the dressing which is a major plus. What we did not like was that the wrap needed more seasoning and it was watery. 

Overall, our vote is that this Chicken Caesar Wrap is a solid 8 out of 10. It is good but not great.
