Our Local Neighborhood Italian Restaurant: Trattoria Di Meo

Last Night I ate at my local neighborhood Italian Restaurant. Of course we knew people and it always feels like lunch hour at high school where you can talk to someone at every table.

The waitstaff and food were excellent

We started with an Octopus Salad which was tasty and light. We then followed up with a Roast Duck for me and Veal Piccata for my wife.

LG Beef: While we enjoyed our meal, we did have one complaint. They seated us at the smallest 2 top table where we did not have room for our drinks, bread and food. There were plenty of 4 tops available but they seemed to be reserved for regulars. In fact, only the regulars were seated at the 4 tops while non-regulars like us were relegated to the really small tables. In fact, they went out of their way to have the non-regulars sit at the smaller tables while leaving the 4 tops open for regulars who may or may not come in. Did not feel the hospitality!
