Timi Sushi -- A Cut Below the Best

We went to Timi Sushi in Syosset and we had a very enjoyable meal. The ambiance was the traditional Japanese restaurant.

Timi Sushi has the classic sushi rolls like the Spicy Tuna and Tokyo Rolls. We found them very enjoyable. Their best roll is Fantasy Roll which is a spicy lobster and crunch with shrimp, avocado and mango sauce. We found all the rolls really fresh.

The reason that I found Timi Sushi a cut below the best sushi restaurants is that nothing had the wow factor that you would get at the best places. It is hard to judge a restaurant like this because I really like Timi Sushi and feel that it is a good restaurant that meets its clients’ needs. But in the end, it is not the best and as such, it is cut below. That being said, I do recommend Timi Sushi for a good no frills sushi dinner.
