The Granola Bar in Woodbury Delivers

We heard that The Granola Bar, a new breakfast place opened in Woodbury. We love breakfast and lunch (and in fact dinner) so how can we pass it up. The place was hopping at 1:30 pm We put our name down and they said a 30 minute wait. They had the app where you can see how many people are ahead of you on the line. I have to say that I love that feature since you can judge how long you still have to wait. It ended up, we only waited 20 minutes so we were ahead of the game.

They had a great mixture of breakfast and lunch items. It made me wonder why they are not open for dinner especially with such a large bar. Mysteries of the world.

The vibe in the place was extraordinary. The space was bright and spacious. The noise level was great. The service people were friendly and efficient.

We decided to go with lunch. (Next time, breakfast for sure). We ordered a buffalo chicken wrap and a blackened salmon wrap along with a hot chocolate

The clear winner was the blackened salmon wrap. It was a great combination of spicy and sweet. They definitely nailed that order. The buffalo chicken wrap was good as well but not in the same class as the blackened salmon wrap. The hot chocolate was the only thing that was close to a disappointment. It should have been sweeter.

We really liked this restaurant. And to answer the classic question, yes, we plan to go back and try the other items on the menu. Woodbury needed a brunch place and The Granola Bar delivers on that!
