Takumi Taco -- A Gem Located in a Roslyn Deli

I went to pick up a sandwich from Roslyn Delicacies and noticed that they have a new subtenant, Takumi Tacos with a tag line of Japanese style Mexican. With that kind of pitch, I had to check them out. It seemed that their emphasis here was on the tacos which looked really good.

Even though I was picking up a sandwich from Roslyn Delicacies, I had to try something quick so I decided to go with the Chicken Adobe Taco

I have to say that the taco was delicious. I was only sorry that I committed to a sandwich already or I would have devoured their entire menu. The Chicken Adobe was the right level of tender and an incredible flavor. I am looking forward to getting the bento box the next time I go there.

Our conclusion is that this is a great option for lunch and their tacos are definitely better than the pure Mexican tacos that we see around here. A must visit destination in the heart of the Village of Roslyn
