We made a trip out to Mattituck to try North Fork Doughnut Company or NoFo Donuts and they were absolutely the best donuts that we have had in awhile. They are a small-batch, handcrafted donuts made with fresh, local ingredients. Unique seasonal flavors and classic favorites, plus donut walls and custom orders for special occasions. If you go, then you have to go early. They start to run out of the popular flavors by 12 Noon.

The staff was extremely helpful and nice. I could not decide which to donut to order and I kept asking questions. They answered all of my questions in the nicest of ways.

The donuts were fresh and tasty. I decided to check out the reviews to see if I was in line. Google gave them 4.8 stars with 1,410 reviews while Facebook awarded them 4.9 stars with 3,269 reviews. I still think that they are underrated.

If you are out in Mattituck on Love Lane, you should definitely stop by and have some donuts at NoFo Donuts. They pair nicely with wine!!
