Nader Gebrin (Bravo Nader) -- The Go To Caterer

We threw a party for a bunch of friends and we wanted the best caterer. We hired Nader Gebrin, formerly of Bravo Nader. Nader refers to service as exquisite food from extraordinaire talent. I have to agree that this is an apt description because he delivered on an extra special evening and dinner.

When you hire Nader, you have the choice of a sit down dinner or a buffet. Since I love the variety of a buffet, we went with that. Our menu started with an Appetizer course consisting of Mini Pizza’s, Baked Clams, Crab Cakes, Buffalo Mozzarella.

We followed up with a pasta and salad course which we chose cheese tortellini and caesar salad

We then had the entree course which included Sea Bass, Chicken Parmigiana, Lamb Chops and Filet Mignon (along with potatoes and vegatables)

We had the rare combination of excellent and ambundant food. The only dish that was subpar was the mini pizza which tasted like cheesy bread. The other dishes were dishes were perfect. I was sorry that I tapped out before eating everything. So major kudos to Nader Gebrin!!
