Our Mission is to Find the Best Chicken Parm on Long Island

First Stop is Rialto

Our mission is to find the best chicken parm on Long Island.  For some, it is the basic or classic Italian dish.  Long Island boasts a treasure trove of Italian restaurants, each vying for the title of "best chicken parm." Fear not, fellow food enthusiasts, for we embark on a delicious pilgrimage to uncover the holy grail of chicken parm on Long Island! Damn the cholesterol!!

Rialto is a classic Italian Restaurant located in Carle Place.  It has a 4.0 rating from Yelp.

While we acknowledge that the perfect chicken parm is a subjective decision, we are sticking our toe in the water for this mission.  If you have any issues or recommendations, please let us know.

Rialto follows the traditional chicken parm recipe of pounded chicken which is then fried with marinara sauce and melted mozzarella cheese. This dish was fresh and not too deep fried. It had the browning of the melted cheese, a favorite of mine. It was healthy portion.

All in all, a very good chicken parm. Our conclusion is that this chicken parm is in the lead. In our of the upcoming March Madness, we think that it will reach our Final Four. More to come.
