Magic Fountain -- Best Ice Cream on Long Island

We were out at the wineries and stopped by the Magic Fountain in Mattituck for some dessert. We were surprised that there was a line at 6:00 pm but from conversations with other folks, they said there is always a line. A good sign.
I was glad that they had the line so I could choose among their 25 different flavors of ice cream. I went with the smores ice cream
I chose well since the ice cream was creamy and fresh. The ice cream melted slowly in my mouth. It took at least 30 seconds for the ice cream. The flavor was a great balance between the flavor, sweetness, acidity and the fat content. The marshmallow and graham crackers were fresh and really added to the flavor.
Based upon the complete package, this could be the best ice cream on Long Island.
