Mad for Chicken -- Surprisingly Good Food

Nestled in the heart of Plainview, New York, Mad for Chicken stands out as a beacon for food enthusiasts craving a unique twist on the classic fried chicken. This full-service restaurant and cocktail bar, known for its double-fried chicken and Korean-inspired dishes, offers a cozy retreat with its distinctive rustic designs and comfortable ambiance.

Even though the fried chicken is the most popular choice, we went with a grill chicken bowl and a Bulgogi sandwich.

The food was fresh and tasty. Neither meal was too heavy and was prepared just right. The best part was the bowl of popcorn they served while we were waiting for our lunch. Mad for Chicken was a pleasant surprise and a welcome addition to the Plainview food scene
