I needed a special place for dinner with the family so we decided to go to Laser Wolf in Williamsburg. The major challenge is getting a reservation. You have to call exactly 21 days in advance at 10:00 am and pray there is no lag on your internet connection. We passed our major challenge by getting the coveted reservation. The quick review is that Laser Wolf exceeded our expectations.
Once we arrived, we enjoyed the rooftop bar ambiance. We then figured out how to order from the menu. It is a prix fixe where you order an item from the grill like chick shislik and lamb kofta and they they serve you unlimited Salatim (or appetizers).
We ordered the Chicken Shishlik, Steak Shishlik, Lamb Kofta, Brisket Kebab and the Whole Branzino. We added the Chicken Wings and the French Fries.

Our review is that Laser Wolf is amazing and we need to come back as soon as we can. The Salatim (appetizers) were unbelievable especially with the warm pita. If we were able to we could make a meal from just the appetizers.
Our favorites were the hummus, the lutenitsa and the Tunisian pickles. We loved all of the entrees that we ordered with special praise for the Branzino, the Lamb Kofta and the Chicken Shishlik. The kids loved the wings and french fries.
A must visit destination in Williamsburg. Our recommendation is to come early and often.
