Another day, another bagel. Today, we tried iBagel Cafe in Albertson. If these bagels are not good, then I will be moving to Florida since H&H Bagels is opening there.

iBagel served up a golden bagel that was light and fluffy. So they nailed the coloring and texture on the outside. The outside of the bagel was the right type of crunching and the taste was perfect. The inside could have been more chewy. The bagel also was not the super fresh but that may have something to do with the fact that I tried on at lunch time as opposed to the morning.

I do love a fresh warm bagel. This was not the case. The bagel was fresh enough to be enjoyable. Overall, I give props to their bagels. So right now, no need to move to Florida to get a bagel.
