We were shopping at Grace's Marketplace and decided to get lunch at their Chef’s Counter & Trattoria. It is set up in the corner of the Grace’s Marketplace.

The menu is relatively small but has a focus on breakfast and lunch. Doing it over, I would probably go for breakfast since it looked good. But we were there for lunch so we ordered a Chicken Caesar Wrap and a Buffalo Chicken Salad Wrap.

Of note, the service was slow, almost painfully slow. By the time we ordered, I was already focused on where we should have diner. In fact, we ordered an ice tea and a soda and it came after our meal was served. I think that they must have killed the chicken just for us.

Why do you ask? Not only because it took so long but the chicken was really fresh. As to the food, the Buffalo Chicken Salad was delicious and the chicken in the Caesar Salad was also great. The downside was the dressing in that wrap was only in one spot so the sandwich was dry. The balance of the dressing with the chicken and lettuce needs to be consistent. If not, then it ruins the whole sandwich experience.

My recommendation is to go for breakfast and enjoy a casual meal. Just remember not to have purchased any food that requires refrigeration
