We tried a new place in Oyster Bay this past weekend. Eddie’s Bistro and Bar. They opened in September of 2025 and are a good edition to the growing Oyster Bay food scene. They blend their cozy bar atmosphere with some really good comfort food

Fresh & Local: Being in Oyster Bay, you expect great seafood, and Eddie’s delivers. We really enjoyed the salmon entree.
The Standouts: Their steak frites and burgers are the highlights of their menu. Coming in a close second is their pizza.
Small Plates: We also loved their lamb meatballs and their salads. We may have to just focus on their small plates the next time we visit.
We definitely spent some time creating their bar menu. Their cocktail list is creative and seasonal, featuring well-balanced drinks that aren’t overly sweet. If you’re a wine lover, their selection is thoughtfully curated to pair perfectly with their bistro-style menu.
Final Verdict: Is It Worth the Trip?
Absolutely. Eddie’s Bistro and Bar offers a delicious dining experience. It’s the kind of place that makes you want to become a regular.
