Cena 081 -- Westbury's Finest

We had a lovely meal at Cena 081 in Westbury, right by the LIRR Train Station. We were greeted by Tom Brady, the manager. Unfortunately for us, it was not THE Tom Brady, retired Football GOAT.

I was confused that with the name Cena 081 when their address is 103 Post Avenue. My good friend, Tom Brady, let me know that 081 is in honor the city code for Naples.

On to the food, we had a really enjoyable meal. We started with a Caesar Salad and a Watermelon Cheese Salad. Then we had a Pizza, Forma di Parmigiano Cacio e Pepe (pasta in their cheese wheel), Eggplant Parmigiana and a side order of Meatballs.

Everything was great. The highlight of my meal was the pasta in the cheese wheel. It was so good but so rich. I would be hard pressed to eat that whole dish. It was made for sharing.

My only issue with Cena 081 is their waitstaff. Our waitress was almost absent from our meal. I gave her my typical tip but thinking it over, that is not fair to good waitresses. She took our drink orders and delivered them only after our appetizers were served. Our water glasses were never refilled. She never asked how our food was or whether we wanted another drink. Just a poor waitress experience.

Even with the subpar service, we have a great meal and would come back again. We give Cena 081 the thumbs up.
