Cardinali Bakery in Carle Place Serves Great Black and White Cookies

Next stop for my search for the best Black and White Cookie brought me to Cardinali Bakery and Pastry Shop in Carle Place. Setting the stage for Cardinali, it has some tough competition from Slim’s Bagels in Little Neck.

As way of background, Cardinali has been around for the past 30 years serving up some great breads and desserts. In the store, I was a little panicked since I wanted to order multiple desserts, especially their chocolate chip cookie. But since we are focused on Black and White Cookie, I had to remain focused.

Cardinali serves up one hell of a cookie. Both the cookie and frosting were fresh and tasty. As I ate it, I was looking for a reason not to love this cookie. But, I was unable to. In the end, everything was perfect. I have to say that I have a new champion for the Best Black and White Cookie on Long Island. And, there name is Cardinali Bakery and Pastry Shop in Carle Place.

As a side note, I am relieved that we have a champion in Nassau or Suffolk Counties because I typically do not consider Little Neck to be part of Long Island since it is in Queens!
