We recently checked out Boca Brasserie, obviously in Boca Raton near Town Center. It is sandwiched between Motek and El Camino, which are two of my favorite restaurants. Boca Brasserie recently opened and smartly is fixing its kinks before the high season.

We were surprised that after being open for 2 weeks and it being the offseason, the place was already buzzing with energy. I guess we are not the only ones who wanted to try it. The atmosphere was lively and offered a welcoming environment for our meal.
As usual, we sampled several across the menu, I think that I needed more people since I wanted to try some additional appetizers:
Caesar Salad: Crisp, refreshing with just the right amount of dressing.

Flatbread Pizza: We really enjoyed our pizza. It was a classic flatbread with crispy crust with tasty sauce and cheese.

The Burger: They really delivered on the burger. It did seem lonely on the plate. I probably should have ordered some fries. I will know for next time. I really enjoyed the flavor, especially the special sauce.

Salmon Entrée: Seared to perfection on the outside, tender on the inside. What more could I say.

Between the buzz in the room and the delicious food, Boca Brasserie delivered an enjoyable meal. We will definitely be back soon!
4.5/5 Stars – A fabulous addition to the local dining scene!
